the concierge welcomed each guest with drinks i found this thoughtful. rooms included everything one could need i found them well decorated. my room featured a spacious layout it was comfortable.

the hotel staff were very nice and friendly. the food at the restaurant was amazing!!! i did not get a chance to use the spa, but i plan on returning soon. the facilities are great too!

i was told the spa was free for my whole stay, but i had to pay for the spa and pool caps. the sauna was broken in the spa. it also closes early at 7 pm.

The staff was helpful and requests was sorted quickly. The hotel offers transport to the city center three times a day. I saw a wide variety for breakfast that included complimentary prosecco. Dinner selection was less wide, but the food was delicious.

I found some maintenance jobs were clearly put on hold. I noticed chipped and damaged doors.

The staff throughout the hotel provides friendly service. I found the guest relationship representative Gabriela to be lovely. The check-in process was seamless and efficient with staff provided useful information about the hotel.
